Privacy Policy

This policy applies to all games published by Eldritch Interactive, a trade name of Geary Business Ventures, LLC ("we," "us"), including Merge Mage (published on Android and iOS platforms), as well as our future releases. It explains what information our games do and do not collect, and how advertising in our games works.

The short version

We do not collect your personal information. Our games have no accounts, no sign-up, and no servers of ours. Your game progress is stored only on your device. The only data processing in our games is done by Google AdMob, which shows the optional rewarded video ads, and by the app stores if you make an in-app purchase.

Information stored on your device

Our games save your progress, settings, and in-game currency balances in files stored locally on your device. This information never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the game.

Information we collect

None. We do not collect, store, or transmit names, email addresses, contacts, precise location, photos, or any other personal information. Our games contain no analytics or tracking software of our own.

Advertising — Google AdMob

Our games are free and supported by optional rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob. When you choose to watch an ad, Google may collect and process data including:

  • Device and advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA)

  • IP address, from which Google may derive approximate (coarse) location

  • Information about the ads shown and your interactions with them

  • Diagnostic and performance data related to ad delivery

Google uses this data to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Google's advertising policies. Information about how Google uses data from apps that use its services is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choices:

  • Android: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your device's Settings under Privacy → Ads.

  • iOS: You can limit ad tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and respond to the app's tracking prompt when it appears.

  • European Economic Area and UK: Where required, a consent prompt is shown before personalized ads are served, and you may decline.

  • Watching ads is always optional. Rewarded features in our games can also be earned through normal play over time.

In-app purchases

Where a game offers in-app purchases, they are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive, process, or store your payment information.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a game's advertising, please contact us and contact Google through the links above.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We hold no personal information to share. The only third parties that receive data through our games are Google (advertising, as described above) and the app stores (purchases, where offered).

Your rights

Because we do not collect or hold your personal information, most privacy rights (access, correction, deletion) are exercised on the device itself: your game data is deleted by clearing the app's data or uninstalling. For data processed by Google AdMob, you can exercise your rights through Google's privacy controls and the choices listed above. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our games evolve (for example, if features are added). The current version will always be posted at this page with its effective date.
